Accessing the Portal Please follow the below steps:

• Open any compatible browser and enter the URL https://reachsubro.exlservice.com.
• Type the Case ID in the 'Case ID' field. If you do not know your case id, please refer to the numeric code under the barcode available at top of the letter you received from us.
• Enter 'Member Last Name' in the next field. You can find the exact information as per our records in the first page of the correspondence.
• Choose the appropriate value from the drop down under 'Logging in as' field. If your relationship is not available, kindly select others and type your relationship.
• Keying in a valid Email ID, Send OTP will be enabled. Click on 'Send OTP', a one-time password would have been sent to the provided Email address. An OTP will be valid for only 5mins. Your information will be protected as per our privacy policy.
• Enter the One-time password in 'OTP' field.
• Click on Login to enter the portal

How to submit your request? Select the appropriate option from the 'Request' dropdown, enter your comments/requests and click on 'Submit'.
Your request/comment will be reviewed by our subrogation specialist and an effective action will be taken.

How to attach a document?

• Click on Attach file and upload the pdf file from your device. Note: 1. Only .pdf format is supported by the Subro Portal
  2. Up to 10 .pdf files or a maximum size of 100MB file can be uploaded in a single session.
• Click on Submit.
• Your file would be scanned for VIRUS, before uploading it into the application.
